Description
Each of the Transition Homes residences provide comfortable and safe accommodations. Residents are afforded a degree of personal freedom and comfort in order to begin rebuilding their lives in recovery. Amenities in each of the houses include individual private bedrooms, cable and internet access, and free laundry facilities. Large common areas and weekly house A.A. meetings serve to enhance the community of recovery.

Each residence has a live in resident manager to ensure safety, and help facilitate the recovery process.

Transition Homes residences are beautiful, spacious homes located in a safe, upscale area of St. Paul, Minnesota. Freedom, responsibility, and accountability are all important aspects of the recovery process.
